Below are a few commonly asked questions about fundraising with us! Check it out.
How much does it cost to get started?
Nothing! Evangelist Roasting Co. doesn’t charge our fundraising partners for setting up a fundraiser. We even extend our wholesale prices to our fundraising partners, so the funds from each coffee bag you sell goes even further without sacrificing the quality.
How should I price my beans for my fundraiser?
That’s completely up to you! We recommend pricing your beans between $20 – $25 a bag.
When will I get paid?
Every 30 days.
How will I get paid? You will need to set up a PayPal account as that’s how we’ll be depositing money to you.
How big are the bags of coffee?
12oz.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies depending on the weight and address. Costs typically range from $5 – $9 per order. For bulk orders on a Direct Shipment Fundraiser (10 bags), costs typically begin at $18.
